Delivery prices are based on the weight, size and destination of your package.


Delivery Methods

You will be given delivery options:

Royal Mail 48hr or Courier we use DPD Next Working Day Service


You are welcome to collect in person from us.

If there is a safe place where your parcel can be left, or with a neighbour, at your own risk, we can pass this on to the courier.

Please allow enough time when placing an order to meet any deadline that you may have

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day. Please read the Help page for production times

on made to measure products.


Goods received damaged 


Please check the contents of your package immediately upon delivery. In the unlikely event of any goods being damaged in-transit please notify us immediately, as most carriers only allow 3 days to make a claim. We will need photographic evidence of the damaged goods and parcel in order to process a claim.  Please email an image of the damaged parcel, the courier label, and an image of each damaged product. We will then arrange for the product to be replaced.
