What measurement should I put in and where?

The Height and Width that you enter will be the size of the Aperture (Window) of your Mount

Measure it carefully to the nearest millimetre and enter the results in the Height and Width boxes.

We will cut the aperture a few mm smaller than the size of your paper/artwork, so that it doesn’t fall through the hole

Apertures are cut with a 45% bevel cut  internal to give a visually appealing edge around a print.

I can't seem to get the mount I want online. What do I do?

Scribble a diagram of what you want, showing all the measurements.
