We know that getting your frame measurements perfect can sometimes be difficult (those pesky millimetre lines can be so hard to read!) That’s why we offer our PerfectFit Guarantee. If you make a mistake with your measurements, we’ll replace your frame for FREE! No questions asked. Just happy customers.

Here’s how it works in three easy steps:

1. If you find that you’ve made an error with the frame measurement, please e-mail hello@icanframe.co.uk to inform our lovely team.

2. We’ll ask you to return the frame (at your cost) to the following address:

     3.  Relax and await your new delivery of a PerfectFit replacement frame

Here’s the small print:

• You must report your frame within three days of receipt.

• If the correct frame size is much larger, the difference in price will be charged.

• The replacement frame must be the same frame moulding. If you intend to change the frame moulding, then this may incur additional costs.

• We’ll need the incorrect size frame to be returned before we can manufacture a replacement. This is because we will try to use the frame components for the replacement frame.

• You will need to pay for the incorrect size frame to be returned to us. You can arrange the return yourself or we can arrange a collection for you using our own courier.

• The delivery charge of the replacement frame will be free to the UK Mainland.

• This PerfectFit Guarantee covers custom made Picture Frames only.
