Can I get my custom product any quicker?
Yes, you can opt for Fast Track Production
Normal production time with Fast Track is 1 working day.
Aluminium frames will take longer to produce as the aluminium moulding has to be ordered from and cut by a specialist manufacturer.
If I select Express Delivery will I get my custom product the next day?
Your custom product will be posted for next day courier delivery, however production will still take op to 5 working days or 1 working day (Fast Track).
What is Backing Tape?
Backing Tape is a brown paper adhesive tape that should be placed on the back of frames to reinforce the back.
Can I have a sample moulding?
Yes, send us an email with the moulding code and we will pop it in the post to you.
Does my frame include an uploaded image ?
No, our website allows you to see what the selected moulding would look like against your print.
Please add a giclee print to your order if you need one.
I have received my custom frame and it has been broken in transit. What should I do?
Items damaged in transit must be reported to our customer services within 3 days of delivery, otherwise no claim can be processed
Please e-mail an image of the damaged frame, courier label, and the packaging to hello@icanframe.co.uk
Our courier company will investigate the breakage so please keep hold of the frame and the packaging until collection has been arranged.
Can I return my Custom Made Product?
We cannot accept return of custom made non-faulty frames/mounts/backing boards as the product has been made specifically to your measurements .
If your product is faulty in any way, then you can return it to us within 14 days. We will either replace it or give you a refund.
